I earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from West Virginia University and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. they/them

Hi, I’m Avi. For me, a therapist who feels deeply called to this work. I've always been drawn to sociology and psychology, and I often found myself as a support for friends and others in my life, which naturally led me toward a career in therapy.

I completed my undergraduate degree at Duquesne University, where I also completed their Music Therapy Program. I earned my Master's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I further expanded my clinical training through an eight-month intensive program in sex therapy at the Center for Relationships.

In my work, I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients as well as teens and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. I strive to create a warm, affirming space where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore challenges, and build meaningful change.

Outside of work, you'll find me hiking with my dog or engaging in creative outlets like music and dance.

she/her

I'm Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. My interest in psychology began in high school, and I'm grateful to have built a career centered around supporting others through growth, healing, and self-discovery.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and my master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh.

I feel especially drawn to supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, and trauma. I believe that healing often requires moving through difficult experiences rather than around them, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients during their most challenging moments while also celebrating their successes and the joyful parts of life.

Outside of work, you'll find me reading a book between Pilates classes, attending concerts with friends, or trying out a new restaurant in Pittsburgh.

Elise Tate, LAPC

she/her

Hi, I’m Elise Tate, a therapist driven by a deep belief in the power of safe, supportive environments to spark healing, growth, and self-discovery. I’ve always been fascinated by the way people evolve through life’s transitions, especially when given the tools, space, and relationships to explore their stories.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Point Park University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Carlow University.

My path to therapy was both personal and professional. I’ve seen how isolating life can feel during hard transitions, and I’ve also seen how life changes when we feel seen, understood, and connected. That’s what drew me to this work.

My experience includes supporting clients in hospital, school, and mobile outreach settings, which deepened my passion for community-based care and trauma-informed therapy.

When I’m not in session, I love exploring my creative side by decorating, thrifting, and trying new things. You’ll also find me practicing Pilates or yoga, spending time with friends, or traveling somewhere new to expand my perspective.

Noah Noble, M.A., NCC

Hi, I’m Noah Noble, a therapist who believes that while we each experience life differently, we are all connected by fundamental human needs for meaning, respect, and understanding. My path to therapy grew from a deep awareness that many people move through life without feeling truly seen or respected, especially during times of transition or loss of direction.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John Carroll University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). As a recent graduate, I am working toward my LAPC and accumulating hours toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

I’m especially drawn to supporting individuals navigating life transitions, as well as those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or a sense of feeling “stuck.” I primarily use an Existential Therapy approach, helping clients explore meaning, purpose, and their inner authority so they can move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy expressing my creativity through art, spending time outdoors with my dog, and teaching myself to play the ukulele. I also enjoy recreational sports and have recently taken up disc golf.

Kenzie Warden, LPC

I'm Kenzie. I have always been deeply drawn to helping others feel understood, supported, and connected. From a young age, I found myself being someone friends could turn to during difficult moments or important life experiences. That passion for listening and supporting others naturally led me toward becoming a therapist.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Penn State University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with emphases in Children and Adolescent Counseling and Trauma Counseling from Lock Haven University.

I enjoy working with high school students, college-aged individuals, adults, and couples, and I truly value building meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. My experience includes supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and complex trauma.

In therapy, I take an individualized approach and draw from a variety of modalities depending on each client’s needs, including psychoanalytic techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and person-centered therapy.

I believe therapy should be both supportive and collaborative, a space where clients feel safe exploring difficult experiences while also finding moments of humor, authenticity, and growth along the way.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy watching scary movies, thrifting, exploring antique shops, and spending time adventuring with my toddler.
